The Richardson Foundation created the Give Our Athletes a Legacy (GOAL) Program in 2016. GOAL is a Funding outreach program which provides locally economically disadvantaged youths or youths in hardship situations an opportunity to participate in a sport and be part of a team. Sports and equipment fees can get costly and may seem out of reach to these families - but lack of funds should not prevent a child an opportunity to be active, build confidence, improve their quality of life and learn valuable life lessons
